The Supreme Court has declined to intervene in the planned breach of a Missouri levee to relieve flooding on the lower Ohio River. The Corps will set off the blast when the river at Cairo reaches 61 feet, which is about six inches below its expected crest.
And southern Indiana still struggles with flood waters.
