The biggest problem I have with digital cameras is that film is expensive but pixels are cheap. Cheap, that is, until you have to decide how many of the pictures you took on a given day will be saved and how many will be saved so your great-great-grandchildren can marvel at what snow and fog looked like in your day.
Last evening I had to save some photos before I wiped my cards for re-use. This was one I thought about deleting, but I saved the original and edited it.
Today, I wipe the cards. And part of me will momentarily mourn the photos that are gone forever. Silly, yes, but I admit I can be a photo hoarder. Just ask me how many pictures I have of my granddaughter.
