And here's one that a commenter says could be the former Indiana , which was also Robert P. Tibolt.
And perhaps the former Ohio (and Orco).

OHIO (ex ORCO) had two rear-facing spotlights on the third deck. She is now IB ESPERANZA.
INDIANA (ex ROBERT P. TIBOLT) had one on the stern of the second deck. She is now IB IBICUY.
